Situated on Westgate Road in the heart of the west end of Newcastle, this dynamic new building provides affordable, flexible office space, artisan workshops and a place to meet, eat and network in its very own stylish Bistro. The top floor features the flexible Skylight function suite with panoramic windows and outdoor balcony space.
A Unique Creative Environment
Built on the site of the former Westgate Fire station, The Beacon’s prime location places it in the heart of a rich and diverse culture where people are the key to its success. At The Beacon we want to embrace this multicultural ethos by showcasing local talent in 12 artisan units that offer visitors a unique creative environment. The workshops offer aspiring creatives a place to design, make and sell their wares alongside other local craftsmen.
A Place to Meet, Eat and Network
The Beacon Newcastle incorporates its very own stylish Bistro designed to bring people together in a social environment. Whether you need a place to meet for a bite to eat, or maybe just a drink and some time to think, The Beacon Bistro is the only facility of its kind in the West End offering tasty home cooked food from around the world served in a friendly enviroment.
Events, Conferences and Parties
The top floor of The Beacon Newcastle is dedicated to providing a high quality venue for conferences and celebrations, tailored specifically to meet your requirements. This flexible function suite with panoramic windows and outdoor balcony space has spectacular views and can accommodate up to 400 at full capacity or the room can be partitioned for smaller functions.
