Supporting local talent is important to us, that is why we created the mall, to promote the talents of local artists and to bring new visitors and art lovers to the area. Unit 12 - NiSaPa
NiSaPa is a newly established organisation based in Newcastle upon Tyne. We offer a wide variety of activities based on South Asian music and performing arts. We teach Indian classical vocal music, and provide instrumental tuition (on e.g. tabla, sitar, santoor). We also offer tuition in Bollywood dance, Kathak and Bharatnatyam dance. Classes are available on a one-to-one or group basis. We are also very much interested in working with schools to whom we can offer workshops and/or tailor-made packages of tuition.
