Beacon building wins prestigious award
The Beacon is celebrating after winning the award for ‘Best Community Building’ in the area.
The Certificate was awarded on 22nd June by LABC as part of their Building Excellence awards 2012. The Beacon fought off competition from the likes of Our Lady & St Aidan Catholic Church, Wallsend to claim the prestigious title. Read more about the awards here.
