The Beacon has welcomed a range of talent through its doors since completion of building works and is proud to announce that the leases on  their range of offices and studios on offer have almost all been snapped up by budding business enthusiasts. Amongst those in tenancy are:

Kids and Us – a charity providing a range of services for single parent families & a therapeutic counseling service to all families in need.

Style Creatives –a one of a kind make up studio in the north east which provide a bespoke make-up application service for all skin tones and all occasions including bridal, personal, photographic make-overs, hen nights and mini make-over parties.

Excel5 – This is Excelsior Academy’s creative space – an opportunity for pupils to practice, produce and retail high quality crafts and art works.

Studio North Film – Providing contemporary Asian wedding videography packages to suit your requirements

Noor Couture by Shehla Amran – providing High fashion custom fitted clothes made especially for you.
